Subscription help

MenuWise PRO+ is managed through the App Store. You can restore purchases inside MenuWise settings or manage and cancel your subscription from Apple account subscriptions.

Scanning issues

  • Use a clear photo with dish names visible.
  • Avoid glare, heavy blur, and angled shots.
  • If allergy or diet warnings appear, confirm the ingredients with the venue before ordering.
